1. No Collection of Personal Information

The App does not require a user account, login, or registration. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, physical address, or phone number.

2. Ephemeral Audio Processing

The App includes optional audio-reactive features that use your device’s microphone to manipulate visual shaders in real-time.

• Consent: Audio processing is only enabled if you explicitly grant microphone permission when prompted by the App.
• Ephemeral Processing: Audio data is processed entirely on-device and in-memory. It is used solely to calculate visual frequencies/amplitudes for real-time rendering.
• No Storage or Transmission: We do not record, save, or transmit any audio data or sound recordings off your device.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses third-party SDKs to provide advertising and manage premium features. These services may collect certain device-level information as described in their respective privacy policies:

A. Google AdMob (Advertising)

AdMob uses the Android Advertising ID to show relevant ads and prevent fraud. AdMob may use your IP Address to determine your approximate (city-level) location for localized advertising.

Depending on your location, the App provides in-app controls to manage your advertising and data preferences. These controls allow users in regulated regions to review or update their privacy choices at any time. If specific advertising settings are not visible within the App's data section, it indicates that your current region does not require these specific controls or that no personalized data is being processed for your session.

B. RevenueCat (In-App Purchases)

RevenueCat manages "Pro" version entitlements using an anonymous, unique identifier. It tracks Purchase History (receipts) to ensure premium features remain unlocked across your device sessions.

C. Google Firebase (Analytics & Stability)

We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the App is being used and to identify and fix technical issues. These services collect information such as:

• Technical Diagnostics: Information about app crashes, device model, and operating system version to help us resolve bugs.
• Usage Data: Anonymous information regarding which features or shaders are used most frequently and how long the App is open.
• Device Identifiers: Firebase uses unique installation IDs to distinguish between different devices without identifying individual users.

4. Data Security

We prioritize the security of any data handled by the App. All data transmitted by our third-party service providers (AdMob and RevenueCat) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS).

5. Children’s Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. Since no personal data is collected or stored by the developer, the App is compliant with COPPA regulations regarding the collection of personal info.
